We know that our community is stronger when we embrace diversity and empower newcomers. For 33 years, the Asian Community & Cultural Center has welcomed immigrants and refugees arriving in Lincoln. We help New Americans integrate and acclimate, share their stories and culture, cultivate success, and find belonging.
In 2024, the Asian Center served 1,745 people representing 42 different ethnicities! We spent 48,000+ hours supporting, teaching, and empowering New Americans in Lincoln.
This year, our Give to Lincoln Day goal is to raise $45,000 to support newcomers in our city. Your Give to Lincoln Day donation empowers New Americans in Lincoln through English classes, youth mentoring, health advocacy, mental health support, and so much more.
A generous supporter is providing a 100% match for the first $15,000 in gifts to the Asian Center. Meaning the impact of your gift today is DOUBLED!
Give to Lincoln Day 2025 is May 29th. Donations can begin on May 1st, so stay tuned!
